Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal at AES of Nevada is to provide clear, high-quality training and certification services. We ask that you read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Digital Products & Courses

Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, all sales of our online courses and materials are final and non-refundable immediately upon purchase. This policy applies to:

  • Nevada Alcohol Awareness Training (AES Blue Alcohol Card): As a self-paced online course, this product is non-refundable.

  • Any product that includes a ServSafe® Exam Key/Voucher: This applies to our “ServSafe Exam” package. Once purchased, the exam key cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Any product that includes a digital “Official ServSafe® Course Book (PDF Download)”: Once the download link is provided, the sale is final.

Please be certain of your purchase before completing your transaction.

2. Proctoring-Only Service

This policy section applies only to the “ServSafe Proctor Only Exam” service, where you provide your own exam key.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling (More than 48 hours notice): If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund or a one-time reschedule at no additional charge.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling (Less than 48 hours notice): For requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the proctoring fee is non-refundable.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your payment is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

3. How to Request a Reschedule

To reschedule a “Proctor Only Exam” service, you must contact us directly via email at info@aesofnevada.com or by calling us at (702) 253-7821. Please provide your full name and order number to expedite your request.

4. Online Courses (Future Sensi Courses)

To align with industry standards for digital training content:

  • All purchases of self-paced online courses are final and non-refundable.
