- You purchased an “Online Proctored Exam” key directly from the ServSafe website.
- Your employer provided you with an Exam Key or Voucher.
- You need to retake the exam and have already purchased a new key.
How It Works: Your Testing Process
- Purchase This Service: By purchasing this item, you are booking your proctoring session with us.
- Schedule Your Exam: After your purchase, use our online scheduler (link provided) or call us to book your exam appointment at the location of your choice (Las Vegas or Henderson).
- Prepare for Exam Day: On the day of your test, you must bring two things:
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- Your valid ServSafe® Exam Key / Voucher code.
- Take Your Exam: Our certified proctor will verify your ID and exam key, then set up and monitor your testing session.
- Receive Your Certificate: Upon passing, you will receive the nationally recognized ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certificate.
- Obtain Your Health District Card (Final Step): Remember, the Southern Nevada Health District requires you to bring your new ServSafe® certificate to their facility, where you will take a final 10-question local regulations test and pay their separate fee (currently $20) to receive your official Certified Food Safety Manager Card.

- Exam Key Required: You must provide your own valid ServSafe® Exam Key. This service is for proctoring only and does not include an exam key.
- Two-Test Process: This certification requires passing two separate tests: the ServSafe® exam (which we proctor) and a final local regulations test at the Health District.
- Location: All exams are proctored and must be taken in-person at our Las Vegas or Henderson office.
- Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required to take the exam. No exceptions.
